We are thrilled to invite young Augustinians from around the globe to gather for the Augustinian Youth Encounter 2027 in South Korea. Guided by Jesus’ comforting words, "Take Heart, It Is I...", this gathering offers a powerful space for prayer, sisterhood & brotherhood, friendship in Christ and spiritual renewal.

AYE 2027 will take place at the serene Hanmaum Youth Center (One Heart), nestled in the scenic surroundings of Yangju-si. Equipped with spacious group lodging, assembly halls, and peaceful outdoor spaces, it serves as an ideal home for our days of faith, sharing, and community.

To ensure a smooth registration process for all delegations, please review the key milestones below. Registration spaces are reserved upon receipt of initial coordinator forms and deposits. Mark your calendar to ensure all steps are completed on time!

Important Registration Deadlines & Dates

Registration Opens: October 15, 2026 - Group Coordinators submit initial registration form.
Registration Deadline: December 31, 2026 - Registrations close.

Deposit Due Date: December 31, 2026 - $50 USD per pilgrim deposit due.
Final Payment Due Date: March 31, 2027 - Full remaining balance due.

Registration Process & Policies

How to Register Your Group

Registration for AYE 2027 is conducted through designated Delegation and Provincial Group Coordinators. Individual pilgrims should contact their local Youth Secretariat to join an official group. Group leaders can download necessary waivers, complete delegate lists, and review registration policies below.

Group Coordinator Process:
Registration must be completed by the appointed Group Coordinator representing each province, vicariate, or delegation.

Registration

Financial & Fee Structure

Participation fees cover essential gathering costs, accommodation, meal plans, and event materials throughout the gathering. All registration payments are managed centrally by designated Group Coordinators through local Secretariats and Delegations to streamline processing.

Total Pilgrim Registration Fee: $550 USD per pilgrim.

Deposit Amount: $50 USD per pilgrim (non-refundable deposit applied toward total cost)

Payment Flow / Instructions: Payments are organized and facilitated through local Youth Secretariats and Provinces / Delegations / Vicariates to the Delegation of Korea (individual payments are not collected directly via the online registration form).
